The Board of Directors of the Pan African Health Informatics Association (HELINA) invites qualified independent auditing firms with sufficient non-profit auditing experience to submit proposals for external audit services.

Objective
HELINA seeks to appoint an independent External Audit service provider to conduct annual financial audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), express an independent opinion on HELINA’s financial statements, evaluate the effectiveness of HELINA’s governance and internal control systems, and support the strengthening of HELINA’s governance, ethical, and operational standards.

Eligibility
Firms must have demonstrated non-profit auditing experience and be able to provide client references from external auditing engagements with not-for-profit organizations.
